You have under the law on distance selling rights to 14 days when shopping online.

When shopping we offer you 14 days. If you want to return, complain or exchange goods purchased on you must send the goods back by mail when we do not currently have any physical stores.

When the goods come back to us handed back the money value in the same way as the customer has paid in, ie via card or customer account.

Please use the original packaging when returning an item. The goods must be complete. To cancel your purchase, you may use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you are happy with it, which is normally a time. You will naturally open the product packaging if needed to examine the goods.


Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Parcel or DHL with tracking and drop-off with signature.

Repayment obligation

If you use your right by sending the goods to us in the mail, we will refund what you paid immediately or within 14 days from the date we received the return. If parts of a shipment is returned to us then we have a non-refundable shipping fee.
